When adding a new subscription in the Patron module, what prefix (if any) is preloaded in the KLAS ID field?
If this field is still defaulting to SER-, it makes it all too easy to accidentally subscribe patrons to the BARD Download Only version of NLS serials. If you haven't already, we recommend updating this to the prefix you use for the Duplication versions of the NLS serials (MOC- or SDS-). You could also choose to leave it blank, if you have active Local serials still using SER.
If you are a KLAS Admin, you can update this setting in the Control Files: Module k7-CT - Sort Seq 006 Serials Prefix
