Go to View - Administration - Heading Maintenance. Change the heading type from Author to Subject and then sort by the NumPatUses column. Use the home and end keys on the keyboard to see the subjects with the highest/lowest counts. Caveat: Those numbers do include purged patrons' preferences. So to get an idea of how many active patrons have a subject preference and/or exclusion go to the Patron Module and query for it.

To see how many patron likes there are for that subject, add this parameter:
Preferences - Exclusions - Equals - false
To see exclusions, change it to:
Preferences - Exclusions - Equals - true
