A branch library called today wondering how they could find the patrons that the main library added. Fortunately in their case when the main library adds a patron, they add a comment with the Note Type "SRL" which can be queried on. Quick Search Library ID - Begins - [library] Registration Date - Is Between - [date 1] and [date 2] Advanced Search Comments - Note Type - Begins - SRL [or whatever your note type is labeled]
The other parts of a Comment you can query on are: Add Date, Modified Date, Subject and Note Text. When querying on Subject or Note Text use "Matches" instead of "Begins" to get the most results.
