I'm sorry if this is a duplicate post (I thought I posted it before but am not seeing it).
In the Quick Request Window, you can select a patron and import a list of KLAS ID's.
What about going the other way - adding a list of patrons for one title? As an example, every year, we produce a calendar. It is in the catalog as a monograph and not a serial. If we would like put requests in for a large number of people (especially if we have a large list of ID's for those who received it in the past). - Another example - if an author comes up with an unexpected sequel (a list can be imported for those who received the previous book).
You could do something like that via Book Club Maintenance under Tools in the Patron Module.
Create a Calendar Book Club and add your patrons. Then each year you can add or subtract patrons as needed, and add this year's calendar as a new book.
We did that for Danielle Steel fans, before DoD. I could add the new DBs even before we actually rec'd the physical copies and the Club members got first dibs when the new titles arrived.
