I have in my notes from this session that we discussed the steps to take if a patron would like to be sent all of the books in a series right away, but I can't find it. Can someone give me either the timestamp of when that's talked about or the step-by-step instructions to do that? Thank you!

To send all (or the first several) books in a series right away:
- Use Book Search (Ctrl-b) to search for the series. Make sure to sort by Series, and limit by the patron's Language and Media Activity.
- On the Search Results, select the last book, hold down the Shift key, then select the first book. Use the Add to Service Queue button or press Alt-s.
- On the patron's Service Queue tab (Ctrl-3), use Create Dup Order from Queue (Functions menu - Service Queue, or Alt-Ctrl-d).
- Set the number of titles on cart as needed to fit all the series books, then use the Create Order button.
