I have in my notes from this session that we discussed the steps to take if a patron would like to be sent all of the books in a series right away, but I can't find it. Can someone give me either the timestamp of when that's talked about or the step-by-step instructions to do that? Thank you!

To send all (or the first several) books in a series right away:

1. Use Book Search (Ctrl-b) to search for the series. Make sure to sort by Series, and limit by the patron's Language and Media Activity.
2. On the Search Results, select the last book, hold down the Shift key, then select the first book. Use the Add to Service Queue button or press Alt-s.
3. On the patron's Service Queue tab (Ctrl-3), use Create Dup Order from Queue (Functions menu - Service Queue, or Alt-Ctrl-d). 
4. Set the number of titles on cart as needed to fit all the series books, then use the Create Order button.
