Add subject heading for multiple patrons

Hi   wondering if we could have a function added that adds a subject heading for all patrons of a library, or to a query set?  I shared the series SEQ heading information ("The sequel exclusion is for the benefit of patrons who don't want to get sent the 3rd or 4th book in the series without having gotten the first one...  ") as a refresher and I had one SRL want to add it to all their patrons. Alas, they need to be added individually.

This could come in handy for many situations, so thanks for the consideration!

We would also find this helpful. We recently wrapped up a project that required us adding a subject/preference to all records of a certain patron type.
