Keyboard shortcut change?

Would it be possible to change the keyboard shortcut for the "cancel record" button on the lower left toolbar (all modules that apply)?  Right now, it seems to be set to Ctrl-Z.  As a reflex, when I enter something by mistake, by reflex, I use Ctrlz-Z to undo. Since it is being used for the toolbar button, if I am creating a new record, or editing, it cancels, and everything needs to be done from the beginning.
