As someone who gets frustrated with juggling multiple windows, I am happy to report that I have found a fix to tide me over until KLAS 8. I'm so excited about this that I'm staying late to share it! Check out Microsoft PowerToys! (Thankfully this program is available through our state's I.T. department. If you don't have access to it, I recommend you request it.) When I am cataloging books or reviewing large print books, I often have a web browser dominant in one monitor while a spreadsheet fills the other monitor. All those smaller KLAS windows keep falling behind these bigger applications. Then I go to the Taskbar and try to retrieve the correct KLAS window. It's clumsy and annoying to need to do this repeatedly.
With PowerToys running in the background, you click on the little KLAS window you want to keep on top. Then you press Windows key + Ctrl + T.
Voilà! That window is pinned! You can pin additional windows by repeating those steps.
This is a game changer for me! I hope this helps someone else, too.
