Problem with scanning barcode on mailing card was created by gacrosswhite
We have 2 printers that print out our mailing cards for circulation. One of them is the Zebra 140XiIII plus and the other printer is the Zebra 105SL.

When we print out the mailing cards from the Zebra 105SL printer we are able to scan the barcode without any problem at all, but when we print out the mailing cards from the Zebra 140XiIII plus printer we can't scan the barcode at all. Our IT staff has tried several times to resolve this problem we are having but has been unsuccessful. The mailing cards do look good, just can't scan barcode. Has anyone come across this issue and how did you resolve this issue?

Since one printer is working, Marion's suggestion is to compare the Advanced settings between the two. In particular, check that the Zebra 140XiIII plus printer is set to print code 39 barcodes.
