The book numbers for two titles were wrong in the MARC records. DBC10516 is actually DBC10520, and DBC10521 should be DBC10516. If you've subscribed to the Keystone cataloging service I'll fix this for you. The steps to fix this are as follows. Note: make sure to follow these steps in order; DBC10516 must be corrected before DBC10521
Patron module - Run the Items and Titles > Patrons with Queued Title report for DBC10516
Remove the title from every SQ (Six kinds of sky : a collection of short fiction)
Catalog module
Go to the E-Document tab for DBC10516 and delete (Ctrl+D) the record
If it won't delete, the title has already circulated; steps to correct it are below (step 3.2).
Go to the Title-Bib tab, then Tools > Change KlasID
Put in the New KlasID: DBC10520
Skip this step if you could delete the edoc record. Go back to the E-doc tab and edit the file name so that it reads us-nls-dbc10520.zip
Go to DBC10521(Pause : two minutes to tranquility : discover your quiet place within) and use Tools > Change KlasID.
Put in the New KlasID: DBC10516
Note: This title does not have an edoc so it won't be on any SQs and does not need any changes on that tab.
Let the edoc synch run overnight
Next day, double check that the edocs synched correctly
DBC10516 Pause should have a file size of 48,250,391
DBC10520 Six kinds of sky should have a file size of 67,218,113
