After getting an error, I asked NLS whether they would replace it. Here is the response: Hi Maureen,Unfortunately, after looking into this I have discovered that the original file you are referring to was discovered to contain brf files for a different book, BR17935. Because of that the title was blocked on BARD. Since this title is so old, we are unable to request delivery of a corrected package. I’ve copied Anita on the message so that she can suppress the record in the NLS catalog. I would recommend doing the same with your KLAS record.Best,
Chris

If you have a hardcopy version of BR017939, you can withdraw only the duplication / download version.
  1. Withdraw the ePackage by Updating (Ctrl-o) it and setting the status to "deleted"; Save (Ctrl-s). No need to do anything with the eDoc.
  2. Delete the 856 MARC tag to remove the download link on the OPAC (while leaving the Title listing for request in Physical format).
  3. (Optional) Add a note in the Annotation or title to specify that it is Hardcopy Only.
