reissue DBC30709 "Death Splits a Hair" not DBC14722 or DBC30809

The title Death Splits a Hair by Nancy Bell had a bit of confusion about it's number. The correct version is DBC30709.

1. Go to DBC14722 and then again DBC30809, then Functions > Reissue. Choose the Title Link Type "ReissueOf" and the New Klas ID of DBC30709. Hit the Tab key and then the title will show up on the side. 
   • Leave the first two or three checkboxes checked and leave the last one (delete old copy) unchecked. 
     • The 'Copy subject headings to new title' checkbox will take the subjects on the old copy and overwrite what's on the new copy. Double check which record has the most subjects and keep those.
2. Update the old record to make the Title Status Withdrawn and delete the subjects and series. This will prevent it from being added to any Service Queues or new Dup Orders.
3. In the Patron module, run the Reports - Items and Titles - Patrons with Queued title report.
   • Enter the KLAS ID to check
   • Set the Duplication Stage to Both Queues & Orders
   • If any are found, replace the title with the new version or simply delete it as appropriate
   • If any are already in a Duplication Order, you will need to Cancel the order from the Functions menu

If you start with selecting the correct number (DBC30709), it should be 'Reissue of.' If one of the wrong numbers is selected (DBC14722 and DBC30809), then it would be 'Reissued as.'
