Why should you attend the KLAS Users' Conference? 

We asked members of the KLAS Users' Community why they come to the KLAS Users' Conference and what they expect from it.  These reasons were complied from their responses.

Come to the KLAS Users' Conference to:

• Learn "best practice" ideas from other attendees. Discover how other libraries similar in size and staffing do things to help you better utilize KLAS.
• Discuss similar challenges other libraries are facing and how they resolved them.
• Share ideas during "Birds of feather" sessions and learn what works for other libraries.
• Discover features and reports which you may not have fully explored, but may be useful as you improve service while streamlining processes.
• Network with other KLAS Administrators with more experience to discover how they use KLAS in their library.
• Explore and learn about recent upgrades and features added to KLAS.
• Ask questions of Keystone staff and see demonstrations of features to clarify issues.
• Meet the KLAS staff face-to-face. Build rapport and become more comfortable and confident asking Keystone staff questions.
• Review proposed future KLAS development as a group during the enhancement request discussion.
• Learn about KLAS in the format that best suits your learning style. Information is presented in a variety of different formats: audio, visual, hands-on training, group discussions and one-on-one.
