The Embassy Suites Crabtree is 3.7 miles from Keystone Systems' offices. For your convenience, Keystone plans to provide a shuttle between the Embassy Suites Crabtree and our offices for all conference activities.

Please see the 2011 KLAS Users' Conference Google map for a visual representation of the locations of the hotel and Keystone's offices. 

Two 15-passenger vans will be available at designated times in the morning before sessions and in the afternoon after sessions.  If you miss all available shuttle times you will need to arrange other transportation. Please let us know if you may need assistance to get in and out of the vans or if any other arrangements need to be made.

Shuttle service will be provided for:

• Conference sessions Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Keystone Systems' offices
• Welcome reception Tuesday evening at Keystone Systems' offices
• Wednesday evening on your own in downtown Raleigh
• Thursday afternoon tour of the North Carolina Art Museum

Shuttles will be marked with a “KLAS Shuttle” sign.  A Keystone Systems representative will meet you in the Embassy Suites lobby each morning.
