Hands-on Training Class Titles and Descriptions:
Hands-on session participants will receive a worksheet of questions designed to guide them through various scenarios to help build experience and confidence in a particular topic. Participants will have access to a workstation, all necessary software, and Keystone staff available to answer their questions. - Mouse-less Navigation of KLAS – Can you use KLAS without a mouse? Yes, and it may even make you faster.
- Exploring WebOPAC – New features, new access points, new look: a chance to look and explore the new WebOPAC.
- What can Serials tell me? – What is all the information in the Serials module really trying to tell me?
- Be the RA – What can you do for these patrons? When a patron calls what things do you need to notice in their record? Can you spot all the issues to be fixed?
- Book Search – Searching for books for a patron with an emphasis on new indexes and access points.
