The Windows update available Thursday morning, August 16, has caused an issue with the tree view screens in KLAS. These tree views, like the list of Serials in the Serials Module or list of Items on the Items tab in the Catalogue module, end up with no information in them.

We have come up with a solution for this issue. The illustrated instructions are attached.
