It features 14 acres of gardens with tropical and subtropical plants from around the world, including flowering trees and shrubs, fruit trees, bromeliads, palms, herbs, a vegetable garden, butterfly garden, rose garden, and reflection pond.
Known for being one of the major cultural sites in all of Florida, and is even famous on the international art scene thanks to its collections of Chinese and European art. The museum features works from the 19th and 20th centuries and has paintings and sculptures from a number of leading American artists such as Pollock and Hopper, as well as wider collections that include pieces by Matisse, Monet, and Picasso.
An ideal place to come as the weather heats up, and perfect if you want to splash around and cool down on a trip to West Palm Beach. It has a wave pool that features waves that can reach up to six feet in height, or if you are looking for something more relaxing then there is a lazy river where you can tube along at a slower pace.
