The 2017 KLAS Users' Conference will be held in Atlanta, GA March 21-23.
A draft conference agenda and day-by-day overview schedule of the conference are now available. Conference sessions begin the morning of Tuesday, March 21 and end the afternoon of Thursday, March 23. A pre-conference with hands-on KLAS training taught by Keystone staff will be offered Monday, March 20. Pre-conference and breakout session registration will be available at a later date.

Refund Policy: To receive a refund, a written request must be received by Tuesday, February 21 or no refund will be provided.
Tuesday, March 21, 5:30 - 7:30 PM - Welcome Dinner & Reception hosted by Keystone Systems.
If you plan to bring a guest to the dinner and reception, there will be a charge of $25.00 / guest payable with your conference registration fee.
Wednesday, March 22, 5:30 - 6:30 PM - Attendees will meet in the lobby of the Regency Suites at approximately 5:15 pm to walk the .4 miles to Center for the Visually Impaired and the VisAbility Store.
Thursday, March 23, 2:00 - 5:00 PM - A Thursday Afternoon excursion offering networking opportunities with Keystone employees and other KLAS library staff at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
Admission cost: $14.00 / adult payable by March 2. For your convenience, you may include the cost of your admission with your conference registration payment. To make other payment arrangements, please contact Tracey Fye (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Transportation: Attendees will take the MARTA from the Midtown Station next door to the Regency Suites to the Civic Center Staton. The Center for Civil and Human Rights is a .5 mile walk from the Civic Center Station. We are also working on an alternative transportation option for those who cannot make the .5 mile walk.
It is important to us that you enjoy the conference. If you have any special needs or dietary requests during the conference, please indicate them and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All conference materials are made available in an electronic format. However, we realize some materials are useful to have in hard copy. Therefore, each attendee receives an overview schedule, local maps, the agenda with presenter names, menus for any provided meals, a list of area restaurants, and a shuttle schedule when they arrive.
