Keystone offers a two-day class for KLAS v7 administrators three times a year. Please refer to the Course Description for details of what will be offered. Each two-day session is limited to 6 individuals. Note: You must be logged into klasusers.com to download any of the below files. Keystone reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. Prerequisites for attendance:- Attendee must have KLAS Administrator role in their local system
- Attendee has authority to change records and policies for their KLAS system
2012 Class Dates:Dates are subject to change. Each session is limited to 6 individuals. Each day's training will run from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. - Tuesday, January 24 - Wednesday, January 25
- Tuesday, June 19 - Wednesday, June 20
- Tuesday, September 18 - Wednesday, September 19
Registration:Please go use the Training Registration Form to indicate which two-day session you would like to attend. To ensure your space please register at least four weeks prior to a scheduled session.
Cost: $600.00 for the two-day session. Please make checks payable to Keystone Systems, Inc. Hotels:Transportation:- Please contact your hotel to arrange shuttle service to and from the airport.
- Local transportation to and from the hotel to Keystone's offices will be provided.

The 2012 KLAS Users' Conference offers attendees three days of intensive networking and training opportunities with Keystone employees and other library administrators and staff who use KLAS. Why should you attend the KLAS Users' Conference? During the conference attendees participate in: - One-on-one discussions with colleagues and Keystone staff
- Hands-on Training and seminars led by Keystone instructors
- Opportunities to provide feedback to KLAS developers
- General sessions addressing new features and ways to use KLAS
Conference Theme: MORE: Dynamic Service in a Changing Environment Location: The 2012 KLAS Users' Conference will be held at the State Library of South Carolina in Columbia, SC.
Dates: Conference sessions begin Tuesday, April 10 at 9:00 AM and end Thursday, April 12 at 1:00 PM. Conference Format: Each day attendees will have the chance to network with librarians who use KLAS, attend general sessions and choose from three different types of breakout sessions including Seminar Sessions, Birds-of-a-Feather Discussions, and Hands-on Training opportunities with Keystone instructors. Overview Schedule: The Draft Overview Schedule is now available. The first page is a one page overall conference schedule including planned general sessions. The second is an overview of all conference breakout sessions including Birds-of-a-Feather, Seminar, and Hands-on Training. Accommodations: The conference hotel is the Columbia Marriott. The conference rate, hotel address and phone number, and a link to an online reservation form are available in the 2012 KLAS Users' Conference Accommodations Article.
